Online Order Cancellation
Green House Seed Co. South Africa reserves the right to cancel any purchase, partially or completely, with notice given to you. Green House Seed Co. South Africa will be liable for reimbursing you the full amount paid only if you have already paid for the cancelled order.
If an order has been placed in error, an email can be sent to terry@greenhouseseeds.co.za requesting a cancellation. This will need to happen prior to dispatch, otherwise, the client will need to return the unit at their cost before the refund is authorized and actioned.
Orders Cancelled Due to Stock Shortage
Although we take reasonable steps to ensure that our product offering is always available, it does happen that our stock will run out. Green House Seed Co. South Africa will refund you in rand value should you not find another product or if you are not willing to wait.
